Acceptance of Terms
By using scotaryiousco.click or renting from Scotaryious Co., you agree to these terms.
Rental Agreement
All rentals are governed by a separate written rental agreement signed at the time of booking. Pricing and service frequency are confirmed in writing before delivery.
Payment
Payment terms are specified in your rental agreement. Late payments may incur fees.
Damage & Liability
Customers are responsible for damage to units caused by misuse, vandalism or weather events outside normal wear. Damage charges are explained on your rental agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled delivery incur no fee. Last-minute cancellations may incur a delivery charge.
Limitation of Liability
Scotaryious Co. is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from rental use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
